The experience behind the work.
Nexus 360 was built on 25 years of delivering large-scale technology and operational transformation inside real organisations where systems had to work, deadlines had to be met, and failure wasn’t an option.
One programme alone involved a four-year infrastructure and automation project across a global manufacturing organisation, 35 production sites, 49,000 managed devices, delivered while operations ran continuously around the clock. Alongside that, enterprise projects spanning network transformation, call centre infrastructure, data centre migrations and operational system design across some of the UK’s best-known organisations.
The principles that made those programmes work, structured design, careful sequencing, understanding the business before touching the technology are exactly what Nexus 360 brings to every engagement today.
Managed Devices
Enterprise-scale endpoint management across the full estate
Production Sites
Across operations in the UK, Ireland and the United States

Infrastructure and automation programme
Alongside this work, Mark has delivered a range of enterprise technology projects including network infrastructure transformation, call centre systems and data centre migrations.
The same principles now guide the work of Nexus 360: structured design, careful sequencing and systems that support the long-term operation of the business.
Why Nexus 360 exists.
After years delivering large-scale programmes inside enterprise organisations, one pattern became impossible to ignore. The challenges growing businesses face, disconnected systems, founder bottlenecks, processes that can’t keep pace with ambition, are exactly the same challenges large organisations face. The difference is scale, not substance.
But growing businesses don’t often have access to the kind of structured, experienced thinking that large organisations take for granted. They get marketing agencies, software vendors, or generalist consultants, none of whom see the whole picture or take responsibility for the outcome.
Nexus 360 exists to change that. To bring the same depth of thinking, the same structured approach, and the same commitment to results into the businesses that need it most and to stay alongside them until the work is genuinely done.
Nexus 360 was created to bring structured system design into that environment, helping growing businesses build the operational foundations that allow them to scale with control.
Mark Shevill – Founder, Nexus 360
Mark started Nexus 360 after 25 years working inside some of the UK’s most complex operational environments, including RBS, Thomas Cook, English Heritage and Greencore. Programmes that ran across multiple countries, involved hundreds of people, and had to deliver without disrupting businesses that couldn’t afford to stop.
What he found, again and again, was that the structural challenges faced by growing businesses were identical to those in large organisations, just without the resources, the specialist teams, or the structured thinking to address them properly.
Nexus 360 is built on a simple belief: that growing businesses deserve the same quality of thinking, the same depth of experience, and the same commitment to results that large organisations take for granted. That’s what Mark brings to every engagement and it’s what makes the difference between a plan that looks good on paper and a system that actually works.

How every engagement begins.
Before any system is designed or any platform is selected, the conversation starts with the business itself. Three questions shape everything that follows.
The Questions That Shape Every Engagement
Before selecting platforms or designing workflows, we step back and understand the business itself — where it is today and where it is heading.
That understanding shapes every system decision that follows.
- What are you building? – Understanding the direction of the business, not just the immediate problem.
- What complexity will that introduce? – Anticipating the operational demands of growth
- What needs to evolve to support it? – Identifying the systems and processes that must change to support the next stage.
What working with Nexus 360 looks like.
Every engagement follows the same sequence, understand the business properly, design the right roadmap, then build and deliver it alongside the team. The pace is set by the business, not by a fixed project plan.
Understand
We start with a Discovery Workshop — a structured conversation that maps where the business is today, where the owner wants it to go, and what’s genuinely standing in the way. Everything that follows is built on that understanding
Design
From the Discovery, we reverse-engineer the roadmap. What needs to change, in what order, and how each improvement connects to the next. A clear, documented plan that both sides understand and agree on before anything is built.
Build
Hands-on implementation — CRM, automation, website, reporting, marketing infrastructure, process design. Delivered at a pace the business can absorb, with every element connected to the ones that follow.
The starting point is a conversation.
Before any proposal is written, any system is designed or any commitment is made, Nexus 360 takes the time to understand the business properly. That conversation is structured and straightforward, covering where the business is today, where it’s trying to get to, and whether there’s a genuine fit between what’s needed and what Nexus 360 delivers.
If there’s alignment, we design the roadmap together. If there isn’t, you leave with a clearer picture of what the business needs and that has value in itself.
